At 37° Olympia we have a wide variety of classes that will give you the specialised workout you are looking for.

The High Energy Studio with its vibrant red colour will energise you through any one of our cardio, strengthening, dance or boxing classes.  In contrast the low lighting and earthy tones of the Mind & Body Studio will create the right atmosphere to get the most out of Yoga, Vinyasa flow and other relaxation focused classes. Develop core strength, economy of motion and flexibility in our equipment based Pilates Studio. Finally our ‘black box’ Spin Studio will help you push yourself to the limit in our group cycling classes.
