Congratulations to Manuel Rubio - Member of the month   

Manuel has been a member since May 2011. His main reason for joining the gym was to increase his muscle mass in which he is making astounding progress, in eight months alone he has managed to gain 5KG of muscle. Manuel puts this down to the epxert advice of the gym team to use split routines.

“I noticed when I was using all my muscle groups together I wasn’t seeing the results. As I have began to introduce split routines, concentrating specifically on one myuscle group, I have seen a massive change in my muscle mass.”

Manuel was first Given a programme by Daniel in May and with this was inspired to improve his overall fitness.

“The programme given to me was intense as I had never really worked on cardio before but through the programme I could see the changes so I really stuck to it. Now when I am looking in the mirror I am seeing the improvements and Loving it.”
